I've been searching the interwebz and finally found where I can watch GBBO on the computer. I'm totally unspoiled as to the season 8 winner, so please....don't tell me. I watched the first episode tonight and was quite pleasantly surprised at liking the new hosts/judge. I really like this show and look forward to watching more tomorrow.
I've been working on my crocheting for the craft show, using up yarn. I've decided to start things at $10 and then after an hour drop everything to $5.00. I really want to move this stuff. (and hopefully I haven't said this all before! *iz old*)
I made a most delicious dinner of thick cut boneless porkchops, roasted Brussels sprouts with sriracha mayo and home made biscuits. I'm a very full, very happy girl.
Ta!

I'm trying to pace myself as I need to get on with stuff and not just sit and watch tv!

Mind you I have been a fan of both of them for quite a long time - and of Prue Leith who is at least as well known as Mary Berry in her own right, too. So it is nice to know that you are liking them, as I guess they are not already familiar to you.

And no, I am not familiar with them. But I'm very much enjoying the dynamics. I watched a "Who Do You Think You Are?" about Paul and was also pleasantly surprised at how likeable he can be. I really enjoyed bread week when he moved to the work bench....his personality shown.
