Everyone's doing it!
Marriages: One. It'll be 30 years in April. We went the traditional route - big, white wedding. It was fun and we still like each other, so...win!
💔 Divorces: None.
🍼 Children: Two boys: The Heir who is 25 and The Spare who is 23. They don't live with us and we like it that way. They are strong, smart and independent.
🐦 Pets right now: Nope. And probably not anymore.
⚕️ Surgeries: Both kids, but no c-sections. Wisdom teeth. Had my gall bladder removed.
✒ Tattoos: Nope.
👂🏼 Piercings: One in each ear.
✋🏼 Quit a job: I've quit several to move "upward". Also because, physically moving.
🌴 Been to an Island: Hawaii
🚘 What do you drive: 2013 Mini Cooper S
✈️ Flown on a plane: Quite a few times.
🍹 Favorite Drink: Water
❤ Fallen in love: Yep.
💔 Been cheated on: Sadly, yes. But not in the last 31 years!
🚑 Rode in ambulance: Not an ambulance perse. It was the fire department's rescue truck. I was in labor with The Heir, His Lordship was in Casa Grande (I was in Tucson) and my mom couldn't drive as she'd just had back surgery. No charge either.
🎤 Sang karaoke: Once *whispers* it was dark and I was drunk.
❄ Ice skating: Yes, but I was better at roller skating.
🏄 Been surfing: No
🚢 Been on a Cruise: No.
🏍 Rode on a motorcycle: Nope.
🏍 Own a motorcycle: Nope.
🐴 Rode on a horse: Yep.
😲 Almost died: Nope.
🏥 Stayed in a hospital: Yup, when the kids were born and when I had my gall bladder out.
🍑 Favorite fruit: Blackberries.
🌓 Favorite Day: Saturdays.
🌈 Favorite color: Purple
📲 Last phone call: Calling a lawyer re: my mom's estate
📱 Last text: To His Lordship this morning. We always text each other when he's at work.
💀 Watch someone pass: Yes, and may I say it was awful. I don't recommend it.
🍵️ Coffee or Tea: Yes. I like both.
🍽🍰 Favorite pie: Cherry for fruit and coconut cream, because - yum!
🍕 Favorite pizza: Thick crust and any traditional topping except pineapple. Pineapple does not belong on a pizza.
🐶 Cats or dogs: Yes.
🌞 Favorite Season: Fall.
🎃 Favorite holiday: I... don't know. I like Thanksgiving, and Christmas was way fun especially when the kids were little. I do enjoy Christmas Eve right now. Our tradition is to eat green corn tamales and other assorted Mexican food, drink Mexican beer (I like Modelo Negro) and watch "A Christmas Story". I told the boys that Christmas Eve was MY night. They could do whatever they needed to on Christmas day.
