I managed to read 60 books in 2017. This was with weeks taken off of no reading or reading just fic (which I didn't count this year). I never really stop reading, just maybe stop reading actual books from time to time. I tried something new last year and rather than setting a precise goal, I just kept track of what I'd read. I'll do the same this year. I'm on my third book of the year so far!
