That's a tough choice but I'd have to go with sushi because it's more of a pain to find really fresh seafood here to prepare it with. Tacos are easy to get ingredients for.

I have all the ingredients but the fish on hand most of the time. I heart Oriental markets and every time we're in a major city we'll stop to see what's in stock that I can't find here in Kansas City. Shoot, now I want sushi, too...

Making home made sushi is a very long process isn’t it. I tried it once - never again.

I've made it at home once as well. And I could only afford one type of fish. That's where the rub comes. Here in Northern Nevada where gambling is legal...most sushi places are all you can eat (AYCE). I was shocked at other places. Figure it's about $29/$30 per person for an ayce dinner. And you can get all sorts of sushi!
