I wish I could go to sleep earlier - no matter how I try, or what time I start to get ready for bed - it ends up being 11:30 or later before I actually close my eyes. Which isn't a big deal if I have nothing to do till later, but if/when I have a 9 am exercise class, I really have to get up and get moving pretty early or I'm not mentally or physically functioning by 9 a.m.
The earlier darkness does make it easier, though.
