I've made it at home once as well. And I could only afford one type of fish. That's where the rub comes. Here in Northern Nevada where gambling is legal...most sushi places are all you can eat (AYCE). I was shocked at other places. Figure it's about $29/$30 per person for an ayce dinner. And you can get all sorts of sushi!
